Description Each doctor holds two surgeries per day apart from their individual half days absence or when away for other reasons. Dr Hall is half day on a Wednesday afternoon, Dr Brown is half day on a Tuesday afternoon and Dr Williams is half day on a Monday morning. Most surgeries operate from 9am to 11.30am in a morning and 3.00pm to 5.30pm in an afternoon. Some of Dr Williams surgeries are occasionally scheduled slightly earlier. A proportion of clinic time is reserved for patients with chronic conditions and medication reviews, so not all appointment “slots” are available for emerging problems. Practice Nurses Michele Langley and Kerrie Whittaker provide cover throughout the week with most of their appointments being in a morning or early afternoon so that laboratory specimens can be delivered to the laboratory the same day. They provide a wide range of services, some of which are run in conjunction with a doctor appointment.
